If a product is available from multiple vendors, the warranty period offered by each vendor will be visible in the “Sold by x more sellers” box.
Types of Warranties
- Brand Warranty:
- This limited warranty applies to products and covers defects under normal use conditions.
- The manufacturer (brand) will provide free repair and/or replacement services within the warranty period, at their discretion.
- Please note that BuyEasy does not provide after-sales services for brand warranty claims. You will need to directly contact the brand or manufacturer for support.
- Service Warranty:
- In cases of service warranty, BuyEasy takes responsibility for facilitating the servicing of the product.
- Customers may either visit the service center directly or contact BuyEasy for assistance with the warranty claim.
- If a part of the product needs replacement, the customer will be responsible for paying for the replacement part(s).
Warranty Violations
Please note that warranties will not cover damages caused by the following:
- Customer-induced damage (e.g., broken display, physical damage such as bending, scratches, or dents).
- Liquid or water damage, including exposure to moisture or accidental soaking.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications (e.g., root access, manual updates).
- Failure to follow the product’s manual or proper usage instructions.
How to Claim Your Warranty
If it has been less than 14 days since delivery:
- If your product is eligible for return, you may be able to return it without invoking the warranty.
- Simply contact BuyEasy at to lodge a return request.

If it has been more than 14 days since delivery and the product has a warranty:
- Please refer to the warranty card included with your product, which will provide the contact details of the service center.
- Alternatively, you can contact BuyEasy customer support, and we will help you connect with the appropriate service center.
If it has been more than 14 days since delivery and the product does not have a warranty:
- Unfortunately, if the product does not have a warranty and the return period has expired, BuyEasy will not be able to cover any repairs or service costs.
- You will be responsible for any repair costs incurred
How to Get Your Product Serviced
If your product is eligible for servicing under warranty:
- Locate the Service Center:
- Please refer to the warranty card included with your product for the details of the authorized service center.
- If there is no warranty card, check the user manual or packaging for the service center information.
- Include Necessary Information:
- When submitting your product for servicing, please include all the original accessories, information included in the packaging, and proof of purchase (e.g., invoice from BuyEasy).
- This will help ensure a faster and smoother warranty claim process.
Where are the Service Centers?
- For service center locations, please refer to the details provided in the warranty card, or check the “Description” tab on the product page on BuyEasy.lk.
- If no warranty card is included, please check the user manual or product packaging for more information.
Do I Need to Pay for Repairs?
- Warranty Coverage: If your product is within the warranty period and is damaged due to mechanical or electrical defects, you will not need to pay for repairs. The manufacturer or authorized service center will cover the cost of repairs.
- Out-of-Warranty or Physical Damage: If the product is outside the warranty period or has been physically damaged (e.g., broken screen, water damage), you will be responsible for the repair costs. We recommend having repairs done at an authorized service center listed on the warranty card to ensure the quality of service.
